Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• The system administrator in the organization is responsible for managing user permissions within their account.

System Usage

• The system is to be used for operational and administrative purposes only.
• Uploading materials that violate regulations or infringe on rights is prohibited.
• Meyar reserves the right to suspend the account in case of misuse or data manipulation.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are monthly or annual with prepaid payment.
• Any package or additional Add-on is subject to price difference based on the billing cycle.
• The current month's fee is non-refundable after the billing period starts.
• Professional services (training, visits, API, etc.) are priced according to the published price list.

Limitation of Liability

• The platform is provided 'as is' without absolute guarantees of continuous performance.
• Meyar platform is not liable for any losses resulting from client misuse, network issues, or failures of third-party providers.
• The maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the last month.

Intellectual Property

• All code, interfaces, designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Digital Solutions Company.
• Reselling, copying, or creating modified versions of the system is prohibited.

Service Termination
